Terms and Conditions for YogaSearch.org and Yoga Search Mobile App

1. Introduction

Welcome to YogaSearch.org and the Yoga Search mobile app (collectively, “Platform”), operated by Shivom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. We facilitate connections between users (“Users”) and Service Providers for the purposes of discovering and engaging yoga-related services or purchasing goods.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of YogaSearch.org or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Users are encouraged to verify any information provided with the respective yoga studio, individual yoga teacher, yoga institute, yoga school, yoga university and any faculty related to yoga industry who provide yoga related services or products or goods before relying on it.

Our Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. YogaSearch.org makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. International Users

Users accessing the Platform from outside India are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations. YogaSearch.org makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality or appropriateness of the Platform for use in any particular jurisdiction outside India.
